VLC Time extension, modified

A zero point and a stopwatch added to a VLC on-screen time extension.

A modification of Time v3.2 by lubozle, who remains credited in the extension.

What changed

The original extension shows the running time on screen during playback. The modification adds:

a seconds tag counting from a chosen zero point, with a set number of decimals;
Set zero here and Clear zero buttons;
a stopwatch started and stopped with a hotkey.

Useful for timing anything in a video against a reference moment.
